Aqua Dreams Travel, Inc. Cancellation Policy:
In addition to
any supplier imposed fees, a $25.00 per person fee on all cancellations more
than 60 days prior to departure. If between 59 - 31 days prior to departure,
the cancellation penalty is $50.00 per person. If package is cancelled less
than 30 days prior to departure it is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Airline Tickets: Excursion and promotional or bulk fares: Most discount fares
are NON-REFUNDABLE and/or involve restrictions and penalties and will have NO
CASH VALUE if not exchanged (with penalty) before original date of travel.
Supplier Imposed Fees (airfare/hotel/dive operator/etc) are in addition to the
above fees, please ask about individual policies.
Changes, Revisions & Late Bookings:
No change for first revision, $15.00 per person charge for subsequent revisions.
Bookings made within 14 days of departure incur a $50.00 charge and documents
will be express delivered.
No refund or credit will be given for any unused features or early departures
due to customers choice, inclement weather or acts of God.
TRAVEL INSURANCE AND DIVING INSURANCE such as that offered by TRAVEL GUARD and
DAN are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
