Lauderdale, Florida to San Juan Puerto Rico Departing on Spirit Airlines at 12:35 - Arrival 3:15 pm Welcoming from Puerto Rico Tourism Company - Transfer to Rincon of the Seas (Rincon) www.rinconoftheseas.com Casual Welcoming Dinner with Sport Diver Staff and presentations. DAY 2 - June 20th Breakfast - Rincon of the Seas Transfer with Acampa Tours to Utuado Mountains for a day of adventure with Tahama Ziplining, river tour, hiking - www.acampapr.com Lunch at Authentic Local Restaurant Return to Rincon of the Seas for Cocktail Reception and Dinner with Sport Diver Staff. Includes photo and video sharing and giveaways. DAY 3 - June 21st Breakfast Transfer to Taino Divers (7:30 arrival) Return Aprox 2:30Pm www.tainodivers.com 2 tank Dive at Desecheo Island (includes lunch, light beverages, tanks and weights. Afternoon Options include: a) Afternoon Dive - immediately following morning Dive b) Two Hour Horseback Ride with with Tropical Trail Rides - www.tropicaltrailrides.com Transfer back to Taino Divers for a one tank Night Dive (entire Group) Transfer Back to Rincon of the Seas for Dinner and group sharing of photos, blogging and re-charging. DAY 4 - June 22nd Breakfast at Rincon of the Seas Transfer to Taino Divers for two tank Desecheo Island area dives (includes, light lunch, beverages, tanks weights. (Additional equip. and Nitrox available for small charge) Transfer Back to Rincon of the Seas and prepare "Back-Packs" and equip. for Mona Island trip next day - Evening: Transfer to Shipwreck Restaurant for BBQ & Pig Roast 6PM (Restaurant is on property of Taino Divers - Crew will be packing Boats and briefing group for next days Trip to Mona Island. DAY 5 - MONA ISLAND June 23d Breakfast and early check out of Hotel Transfer to Taino Divers - 7:30 am Store all luggage at Dive Shop And check overnight "packs" and supplies for MONA - Depart for Mona Island - (3 hour Boat Ride) light lunch, and snacks and beverages will be provided. Upon arrival, Campsite Tents will be set up while group gets "wet" with two tank dive off Mona Island. Return to Campsite - settle in and enjoy Authentic home -made Puerto Rican BBQ Dinner filled with sharing of he days adventures and stories (maybe even a little home made entertainment - music) Showers and restrooms are available - but please be aware that it will be very dark - proper footwear and flashlights with back -up batteries necessary.
